Mobility Clinic

In the Mobility Clinic we aim to teach and breakdown balance, rig work, ring work, gymnastics, body awareness and stretching.

With all this combined this will help you to achieve the best performance.

This class is open to all levels and is the blueprint to all other fitness programs.

Metcon

​

Similar to a boot camp style class, Metcon classes are similarly run to the CrossFit WOD’s

one hour class, including warm up, set up and workout.

​

You will not find heavy weight lifting or Olympic lifting here, but what you will find is a huge calorie burning 30 minute plus sweat-fest.

​

Metcon is designed to be more aerobic based with HIIT principles thrown in to ensure your hitting all cardiovascular pathways.

Functional fitness helps strengthen and condition your muscles for everyday tasks.

The workouts are always changing to keep you progressing and helping each individual athlete to reach their goal,

help improve your health, weight loss to better your performance.

Each Olympic class will be the broken down movements of each lift - different types of cleans, Split jerks and the snatch’s.

Anyone can join in as its for all abilities and levels.

So if you want to learn some new cool lifts or just want to improve these then this class is for you.

​

This 45 minute ab workout will help you get killer abs and strengthen your core to help you be fitter and stronger

This class will help tone and sculpt your legs, bum and stomach areas.
