Team HBFS started in early 2019 with the first drop of our clothing brand the ATHLETE range. Then a chance conversation in June of 2019

led to me flying out to Thailand for a week to meet with some friends to view a former Muay Thai gym in Rawai, Phuket and that is where the magic started.

HBFS fitness was born, through my love of CrossFit, bodybuilding and fitness in general combined with my determination to help people on their fitness journeys.

We are opening early 2020 in Between Rawai and a Nai Harn On the beautiful island of Phuket just a 10 minute drive from Kata Noi and Kata Beach, we are ideally located for your fitness needs.

Due to our Lead coach and educator, Adam’s impressive competitive background from Bodybuilding, Ironman Triathlons & CrossFit, we will ensure that whatever your goal, you can achieve maximum success.

With HBFS we are a team, each and every person who trains with us is part of our family. We are here to help and support each other. We believe that no person gets left behind.
